Author Guidelines
Authors who wish to submit their manuscripts to Behavior: Journal of Management are expected to follow the guidelines outlined below to ensure a smooth review and publication process.
1. Manuscript Types
We accept the following types of submissions:

2. Language
Manuscripts must be written in clear, concise, and grammatically correct English. Authors are encouraged to have their manuscripts reviewed by a native English speaker or professional language editing service before submission.
3. Formatting Requirements

File format: Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx)

Font: Times New Roman, 12 pt

Spacing: 1.5 line spacing

Margins: 1 inch on all sides

Length: 4,000–8,000 words, including references, tables, and figures

Referencing Style: APA 7th Edition
4. Manuscript Structure
The manuscript should include the following sections:
Title Page:

Abstract:

5. Originality and Plagiarism
Submissions must be original and not under review elsewhere. All manuscripts will be screened using plagiarism detection software. Manuscripts with a similarity index above 20% will be returned or rejected.
6. Submission Process

7. Peer Review Process
All manuscripts undergo double-blind peer review by at least two independent reviewers. The editorial team reserves the right to make the final decision on publication.
8. Article Processing Charges (APC)
Behavior: Journal of Management is an open-access journal and does not charge any fees for article submission or publication (APC-free).
9. Copyright and Licensing
Authors retain copyright of their published work. All articles are distributed under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) license.
