Archiving Policy
Behavior: Journal of Management is committed to ensuring the long-term preservation and accessibility of all published content. To achieve this, the journal employs the following archiving strategies:
1. Digital Archiving
All published articles are digitally archived and preserved through the journal’s website and hosting infrastructure to ensure long-term access, even in the event of website failure or data loss.
2. PKP Preservation Network (PN)
Our journal is integrated with the PKP Preservation Network (PKP PN), which provides free, automated preservation for OJS-based journals. Through PKP PN, our content is securely archived in multiple geographically distributed locations.
3. Institutional Repositories and Indexing Databases
Authors are encouraged to deposit their published articles in institutional repositories, national libraries, or other scholarly databases. Our content may also be archived by indexing services that include the journal in their collections.
4. Self-Archiving
Authors are allowed and encouraged to self-archive their published articles (publisher’s version/PDF) in personal websites, institutional repositories, or other open-access platforms, with proper citation and link to the original source.
5. File Formats
Articles are preserved in stable and widely used formats such as PDF and HTML, ensuring long-term readability and access.
